White Wolfos

Wolfos, as the name suggest by combining 'wolf', obviously referencing the canine animal, and the ending 'fos', which throughout the series indicates that an enemy is somewhat humanoid in nature. This combination seems to suggest some similarity to the werewolf concept of folklore, and more over the specific portrayal that has grown common in popular culture, however the connection cannot be confirmed. Wolfos, like all Zelda enemies which use the ending fos are spelled with the 's' for both plural and singular forms.
