Valoo

Valoo is a huge, fire breathing dragon that that lives on top of Dragon Roost Cavern. He watches over the Rito tribe and all of Dragon Roost Island. When a Rito reaches adulthood, they will perform a ceremony where they make a climb up to Valoo, who will then grant them the power to fly by giving it one of his scales.
