Sumo Wrestling was introduced in Twilight Princess. It involves slapping your opponent and then attempting to push them off the edge. You first start off sumo wrestling the mayor of Ordon Villiage as a tutorial stage. After learning the basics and defeating him, you receive the Iron Boots.
It later appears when you have to fight the Goron. If you beat the Goron leader, you get access to the Goron Mines.
