Saria is a young Kokiri, who aids Link in 'The Legend of Zelda: Orcarina of Time' by first giving him the first Orcarina he will use. She later gives him the Forest Medalion after Link beats Phantom Ganon in the Forest Temple. Saria learns that she is the Forest Sage and must bid farewell to Link as she is needed in the Scared Realm. It is unknown what her true feeling for Link are, but some spectators say she is in love with him.
