The Iron Boots are extremely heavy footwear featured in several games in the Legend of Zelda series. When worn, they make Link extremely slow and heavy, allowing him to sink in water, walk through steam vents and strong winds, activate certain switches and mechanisms, or fight Gorons and other heavy creatures.
