Goron Mines
From Zelda - Wiki on Neoseeker
The Goron Mines are a location in Death Mountain. It is pointed out in game that the temperatures are extreme for Hylians, however the Gorons are able to come and go as they please. It is the second dungeon in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. As part of Death Mountain there are is a considerable level of Lava in this area that the player must be wary of. As a mine much heavy equipment can be seen. The minerals in certain walls are magnetized in a manner that allows the player to walk up wall and even on the roof via Iron Boots. In order to complete the mines the player needs to encounter a total of three Gorons after getting through certain areas of the dungeon, however that is including the Sumo Contest required to gain entrance to the mines in the first place. Link receives the Hero's Bow in this dungeon. Link, or more precisely Midna, ultimately obtains a Fused Shadow upon completion. It is also featured in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time as the 5th dungeon basically the same as the Twilight Princess version, its hot conditions unlike Twilight Princess, Ocarina of Time does not allow you to enter unless you are wearing the Goron Tunic to sustain the immense heat.
