Darbus

Darbus is the Partriarch of the Goron Tribe in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. He is very large and intimidating, but is actually quite helpful, even if he is a bit stubborn. When he found a Fused Shadow, he turned into Fyrus, the Twilit Igniter. He was so destructive, that his fellow Gorons were forced to lock him away, deep within the Goron Mines. Once Link defeats him, however, he reverts back to his previous state, denying that he had any knowledge of the situation.

Later in the game, Link makes use of Darbus' strength to clear a cave-in, allowing you to access the Hidden Village, a town that is almost completely deserted, aside from a few cats and an elderly Sheikah by the name of Impaz. It's believed that it is the long lost town of the Sheikah tribe.

As the Goron Leader, he plays a similar role to Darunia from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
