Big Green Chu-chu

Big Green Chu-chu is the boss in Deepwood Shrine upon beating it Link gets the Earth Element and a heart container. The Gust Jar is the key item needed to kill it. It is normally not a problem but seeing as Link is Minish sized upon meeting it it suddenly becomes a terrifying and dangerous opponent.
