Anju is part of a 3 day cycle that includes: Madame Aroma, Anju, Kafei, Postman, and the Man from the curiosity shop.

After you get the Kafei's Mask, go to the Stock Pot Inn between 1:50 and 4:10 pm and talk to Anju at the desk. She will give you a room key. Later in the day, Anju will receive a letter from the Postman. Talk to her after this with Kafei's Mask on and she will ask you to meet her at 11:30 pm in the kitchen. Meet her there and talk to her as Link. She tells you about her future fiance and gives you a letter. You must deposit the letter to Kafei before sunrise in any of the Red Mailboxes. After you receive the Pendant of Memories, deliever it to Anju in the Stock Pot Inn on Day 2 between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. She is going to make a promise to wait for her fiance. On the 3rd day after Kafei reclaims the Sun Mask go back to the Stock Pot Inn. Go into the Empolyees-Only room and watch the Cut-Scene to receive the couple's mask.
