What it does: Same deal as the normal Boomerang except this one goes further.

  Item id #14753
Magic Shield

  Item id #14754
Magical Sword

How to get: Given to you by the Old Man.

What it does: The most powerful sword in the game, it can kill Vires and Zols in a single hit and is four times stronger than the Wooden Sword.

  Item id #14755
Master Sword
How to get: Given to you by the Old Man in the second quest.

Unless your game is one of the first 200 copies ever made, you won't have the option to obtain this sword.

What it does: Stronger than the Magical Sword, making it truly the strongest weapon in the game.

  Item id #14756
Power Bracelet

How to get: Found underneath an Armos on Death Mountain.

What it does: This allows you to push trees, creating shortcuts throughout Hyrule.

  Item id #14757
Shield

How to get: You will have this item when you start the game.

What it does: Too small to block some attacks such as energy due to the fact that it doesn't cover all of Link's body. Arrows can be blocked with this shield however.

  Item id #14758
Silver Arrow

How to get: Obtained in the final dungeon.

What it does: The only item that can finish Ganon off, these are an upgrade for the standard arrows.

  Item id #14759
Whistle

How to get: Dungeon item.

What it does: This item has several uses. It is the key to defeating the boss Digdogger and it can also summon a tornado that takes you to cleared dungeons. Another use is for it to be played in certain spots; hidden staircases will be opened up. This is a critical use in the game.

  Item id #14763
White Sword

How to get: Found in a cave occupied by an Old Man on Death Mountain.

What it does: The second strongest sword in the game, better than the Wooden Sword yet weaker than the Magical Sword.

This is the only Zelda game that features this sword, unless you count the cameo in Minish Cap.

  Item id #14761
Wooden Sword

How to get: When you start the game, there is a cave on the first screen with an Old Man in it. He will give you the sword.

What it does: The weakest of the swords, this will be your standard weapon until you purchase/find a better one.

As with all the swords, at full health you can fire beams out of the sword.
